1)     Peanut butter protein bar

Ingredients:

·       Coconut flour- ½ cup

·       Protein powder- 2 scoops

·       Peanut butter- 2 cups

·       Honey- ½ cup

·       Chocolate chips- 2 cups

Directions:

·       In a bowl, add all the above mentioned dry ingredients and mix them well

·       Now in a small bowl add peanut butter and honey and mix them well

·       Now mix the peanut butter mix to the dry ingredients mix and mix well to combine all the ingredients

·       Transfer this mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and press them firmly

·       Refrigerate the baking dish and once the mixture is firm cut it into squares

·       Serve

2)     Coconut almond protein bars

Ingredients:

·       Shredded coconut- 1 cup

·       Coconut flour- 6tbsp

·       Protein powder- 2 scoops

·       Coconut oil- ¼ cup melted

·       Honey- ¼ cup

·       Almonds- 24

·       Chocolate chips- 1 cup

Directions:

·       In a bowl, mix together shredded coconut, coconut flour, protein powder. Now add coconut oil and honey and mix well

·       Add milk to the mixture to form a thick batter

·       Now cut bars from this batter and press almonds on each bar and refrigerate them until firm

·       In a microwaveable bowl, add chocolate chips and microwave it till the chips are melted (for 1 minute)

·       Oat flour- 1 cup

Ingredients:

·       Coconut flour- 1 cup

·       Oat flour- ½ cup

·       Honey- 2 tbsp

·       Cinnamon- 1 tbsp

·       Maple syrup- ½ cup

·       Banana- 1 mashed

·       Milk

·       In a mixing bowl, combine flour, protein powder, maple syrup, cinnamon and mix them all well

·       Now in a microwaveable bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and heat until it has completely melted
