1.     The ‘Green Aid’ Juice

Ingredients:

·       Spinach – 4 cups

·       Kale – 2 leaves

·       Lemon – 1

·       Celery – 3 stalks

·       Apples – 4 medium

Instructions:

·       Chop the ingredients and put them into a blender except lemon.

·       Pulse until smooth consistency is obtained.

·       Filter to pour the juice into glasses and discard the pulp.

2.     Green Detox Juice

Ingredients:

·       Cucumber – 1

·       Pineapple – 1 cup

·       Lemon – 1

·       Seedless grapes – 1 cup

·       Parsley – ½ cup

·       Apple – 1

Instructions:

·       Cut, slice, or chop the ingredients into small pieces.

·       Put them in a blender and blender until smooth. Filter to get rid of the pulp.

·       Squeeze lemon and pour into the juice glasses.

3.     Green Ginger Ale

Ingredients:

·       Apples – 3 medium

·       Celery – 2 stalks

·       Spinach – 1 cup

·       Cucumber – 1

·       Ginger root – 1 (1”)

·       Lime – 1

Instructions:

·       Cut all ingredients into pieces and add to a food processor.

·       Pulse until absolutely smooth. Filter out the pulp from the juice and discard it.

·       Pour the prepared juice into glasses.

4.     Tomato and Cucumber Juice

Ingredients:

·       Chopped tomatoes – 3 ½ cups

·       Diced cucumber – 2 cups

·       Celery – 1 stalk

·       Ground black pepper – ½ tsp

·       Cayenne pepper – ¼ tsp

·       Sea salt – ½ tsp

Instructions:

·       Take all the cut vegetables and put into a processor.

·       Blend properly until smooth.

·       Add the seasonings and pour the juice into the serving glasses.

·       Garnish with mint leaves.

5.     Bitter Gourd Juice

Ingredients:

 

·       Bitter gourd – 1

·       Celery – 2 sticks

·       Apples – 3

·       Cucumber – 1

·       Peeled lemon – 1

Instructions:

·       Take a bitter gourd, cut it into two long-halves and scoop out all the seeds in the vegetable.

·       Chop the other fruits and vegetables as well. Blend them along with the bitter gourd in a blender.

·       If you find the juice too bitter, you can add more fruits to its preparation.

6.     Amla Juice

Ingredients:

·       Amla – 3

·       Water – 1 ½ cups

·       Pepper – 1 pinch

·       Honey – 2 tbsp.

·       Salt – 1 pinch

Instructions:

·       Chop amla and blend it with water.

·       Filter and discard the pulp as it is taste less.

·       Add pepper powder and honey. Stir well.

7.     Kiwi, Spinach and Lettuce Juice

Ingredients:

·       Kiwi – 1 ripe

·       Spinach – 5 leaves

·       Lettuce – 3 leaves

·       Water – 1 cup

Instructions:

·       First peel the kiwi.

·       Then add it with spinach, lettuce, and water to a blender.

·       Blend until smooth. Transfer to serving glasses.
